摘要
由于受政策、法规、经济、管理以及市场等多种不确定因素的制约,民办高等教育投资不可避免地存在着风险。因此,明确影响民办高等教育投资风险的因素,并制定相关政策和法规加以防范和规避,是十分必要的。
Due to the uncertain restrictive factors of policies, laws and regulations, economy, management and market. The risks inevitably exist in the investment in private higher education. Therefore, it is very necessary to understand clearly the risky factors which influence the private higher education and establish relevant policies to guard against and evade these risks.
