田间正交试验结果表明,种植密度(D)和施氮量(N)对烤烟的叶宽、叶长和叶面积没有显著影响,但随留叶数(T)的增加,上、中部叶变窄,叶面积变小;D对烤烟的经济性状没有影响。随着T减少,产量、产值显著地增大。在120kg/hm2的中等施氮水平下,烤烟的产量、产值、中等烟比例、下等烟比例、均价处于最佳状态。上部叶、中部叶烟碱含量随着D的减少而增加。所有部位烟叶烟碱含量均随着N的减少而减少。下部叶烟碱含量随着T的增加而减少。在120cm×45cm的种植密度+112.5 kg/hm2的氮肥施用量+18片/株的留叶数的农艺措施组合下,烟碱含量最低。
The results of the experiment with the field orthogonal design showed that: 1 ) the plant density and fertilizer N bad little effect on leaf length, width and leaf area of the tobacco; with the remaining leaves increasing, the width and area of uppor and middle leaves decreased; 2) plant density bad no influence on the economic characters, when the remaining leaves reduced, the yield and production value increased significantly; yield, production value, proportion of middle and low grade tobacco leaf and average price were relatively satisfied with nitrogen application of 120kg/hm^2 ;3) the nicotine content in tobacco leaf from upper and middle part decreased as fertilizer N reduced, while increased as the plant density reduced, and the nicotine content in lower leaf reduced when the remaining leaves increased. The nicotine content was the lowest when the plant density was 120cm×45cm, fertilizer N application was 112.5 kg/hm^2 with 18 leaves remaining per plant.
