基于DSP的混炼胶粘度测量仪

摘要 提出了一种在线测量混炼胶粘度的新方法。该方法以RBF神经网络为基础,综合考虑混炼过程各因素对胶料粘度的影响,建立起胶料粘度的软测量模型。根据此方法,研制了以DSP为核心的在线测量仪,并进行了现场试验。试验结果表明测量仪输出与实验室检验值基本一致,最大偏差未超过1个门尼,完全满足生产现场对粘度实时测量的精度要求。该测量仪较大地提高了橡胶混炼的生产效率,并为粘度最优控制奠定了基础。 A novel approach for on- line measurement of rubber mixture viscosity is proposed in this paper. In the approach,all the factors which influence the viscosity variation are taken into consideration and RBF neural network is applied to construct the viscosity measurement model. According to the approach, an instrument based on digit signal processor is developed and test is conducted. "The test results show the instrument achieves online viscosity measurement precisely, the error between instrument measurement and laboratory measurement is small and acceptable,the maximum error is less than 1 M. u. It improves production efficiency greatly and lays down the foundation for optimal control of viscosity.
