摘要
采用复合塔实现萃取精馏的间歇操作,用于分离近沸点物系.建立恒摩尔持液模型,通过两点隐含法求解,模拟结果与实验数据符合良好.应用此模拟程序研究复合式间歇萃取精馏操作规律,发现增大回流比有利于提高产品量,但操作时间增大;萃取剂越多分离效果越好,得到的合格产品越多,但所需的热负荷及操作时间增加;加大中间回流量利于分离进行,但应以保持中间罐内存物液为限.
Batch extractive distillation was carried out by using complex batch tower. The process was simulated by a eoustant holdup mode which has been solved by two point implicit method. The results of simulation fit in well with experimental data. The working regularity and influence factors were studied by that simulation software and drew the conclusion: the increase in top reflux is favorable to enhancing output but the operating time also increases; more solvent can cause separating process facile but the heat duty and operating time increase; the increase in middle reflux quantity can bring more solvent to bottom and stripping section, and shortens operating time also, but some liquid in the middle vessel during distillation must to be keeped.
