摘要
连累犯即犯罪的牵连行为。它不同于复杂的共同犯罪,也与简单犯罪有别,是一种有着特殊内涵的单独犯罪。现行刑法中连累犯的规定呈现增加的态势,实践中困扰司法人员的连累犯现象也在增加,这就要求刑法学者应对连累犯给予更多的关注。
Involvement crime which is same to neither complex common crime nor simple crime that is involved commitment. It is a single crime with special meaning. Not only the provision of involvement crime in actual criminal law but also the phenomenon of involvement crime which judicial people feel puzzled in practice show upward tendency, which demand the more notice of criminal scholar about involvement crime.
