摘要
循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统中存在分布参数、非线性强、时变性强、多变量紧密耦合的问题,这给锅炉燃烧系统尤其是给床温系统实现自动控制带来较大困难。根据保定热电厂450t/h循环流化床锅炉实际运行情况,分析原有床温控制系统的不足,对其实施改造,提出了一种新方案,仿真试验表明该方案可以达到预期的目的,可推广应用于工业现场。
The renovation of bed temperature control system is studied according to the actual operation conditions of hand control bed temperature of 450 t circulating fluidized bed boiler of Baoding Thermal Power Plan. The deficiency of bed temperature control system is analyzed. An improved scheme is suggested. The simulation experiment proves that the improved scheme can achieve the anticipative effect and then extend the application in power industry.
