摘要
通过分析高校图书馆人员、文献和设备的优势,提出了高校图书馆应向高等函授学员开放的设想,并探讨了为高等函授教育做好相关服务的措施。
Through analyzing on the advantages of university library in personnel, literature and equipment, this paper advances the presumption that the university library should open for correspondence students, and probes into the measures for serving well the higher correspondence education.
