摘要
目的:研制胃漂浮空白丸芯,为制备胃漂浮微丸提供优质、便捷的母核。方法:采用挤出滚圆法制备胃漂浮空白丸芯。分别对处方因素(助漂剂种类和用量及黏合剂浓度和用量)和工艺因素(挤出速度及滚圆速度和时间)进行单因素考察,并采用正交设计实验对其进一步优化。结果:优化处方和工艺所制备的胃漂浮空白丸芯的圆整度、粒径分布、收率、漂浮性能等各项评价指标均符合要求,水中可漂浮12小时以上,且工艺重现性良好。结论:此胃漂浮空白丸芯制备工艺简便,适于工业化生产。
Objective: To prepare and to study into intra-gastric floating blank-pellets used for the correspending floating drug delivery system. Methods: The intra-gastric floating blank-pellets were prepared by extrusion-spheronization. The formula agents, including the variety and amount of floating-assistant and the concentration and amount of adhesive and the technique agents, including extrusion speed, spheronization speed and spheronization time, were investigated. Then, these agents were optimized via orthogonal test. Results: The harm-gastric floating blank-pellets prepared via optimized formula and technique, of which all the evaluation indexes met the requirements, couM float on water for 12 h and over. The preparation with optimized formula and technique could be well repeated. Conelusions: The preparation technique for intra-gastric floating blank-pellets is simple, easy and suitable for industrial production.
