摘要
应用数字技术探讨中下颈椎椎弓根在头尾偏角不变而不同外偏角方向通道投影的变化规律.原始数据来源于1例健康成人头颈部的CT连续断层扫描数据集,将CT连续断层扫描数据导入Mimucs 8.11软件,三维重建颈椎数字解剖模型,然后将重建的结果以,stl格式保存,将椎骨数字模型导入Imageware 10.0软件进一步分析.三维重建得到C3-7数字模型,从不同方向观察各椎骨形态正常;得到C3-7,在不同外偏角方向椎弓根通道点云投影及其内边界、内切圆;模拟植入C3-7,各个节段不同外偏角方向最大螺钉.
To investigate the regularity changing of inferior cervical pedicle channel in different angles of transverse plane direction. CT scan images of inferior cervical spine of a healthy adult were digitally analyzed by Mimics 8.11 software (Materialise) and established their three-dimensional (3D) models. These models were saved as. sfl format, then import surface 10.0 software to computer aided design. Cervical spine digital models (C3- C7) were reconstructed, and obtained the biggest projection borderline and its inner circle of C3 - C7. Then recorded the radius of the inner circle of each inner borderline and its center coordinate point. Simulating fixation screw were entered C3- C7 in different angles of transverse plane direction.
