摘要
针对非调质钢48MnV出现强韧性不能达到标准要求问题,进行成分分析、正火和改锻试验。分析结果表明,当Ti≥0.050%、在Mn含量偏上限时采用正火补救处理、低温终轧和改锻均能使组织细化从而得到良好的强韧性配合。
This paper make analysis of chemical composition and tests for the problem that strength and toughness of non-quenched and attain needed standard. The analytical results showed that it of normalization and reforge tempered steel 48MnV can not can obtain good adaption of strength and toughness by controlling the content of Ti≥0.050% and normalizing treatment when the content of Mn is upper bound and finish rolling at low temperature and reforging measures.
