摘要 二元信号转导系统是广泛存在于细菌中的信号传导机制。病原菌在感染宿主的过程中,能通过该系统密切感受和响应体内外各种微环境的变化,进而调节各种基因表达以完成其致病过程。由于二元信号转导系统在病原菌的致病性方面具有重要作用,将其作为抗感染治疗中的靶点具有良好的应用前景。 Dual signal transduction system is a signal transduction mechanism widely existed in bacteria. During the process of pathogenic bacterium infects the host it could closely sense and respond to various micro-environmental changes inside and outside the cell, and then modulate various genetic expressions to complete its pathogenesis process. Since dual signal transduction system possesses important role in the pathogenicity aspect of the pathogenic bacterium, therefore, take it as a target in anti-infection therapy will have good application prospects.
