摘要
该文阐述了粘土胶驱油剂性能的室内实验研究;介绍了粘土胶驱油的宏观和微观物模驱油试验方法、步骤和结果;讨论了粘土胶驱油体系的成胶机理、驱油机理和对粘土胶驱油的影响因素。在两个试验区的矿场先导试验中,见到明显的增油降水效果。室内和矿场试验结果表明,粘土胶作为一种新型的驱油剂,适用于有大孔道的高渗地层,且具有货源广、成本低的特点。在三次采油中,该项技术有广阔的应用前景。
This paper presents the laboratory research on the performances of the oil displacement agent of clay gel,the method, procedure and results of macro and micro physical modeling of oil displacement test. It also discusses the gelling mechanism,oil displacement mechanisms and the factors influencing the oil displacement efficiency by clay gel. Obvious effects of increasing oil production rate and decreasing water cut were observed in two pilot test areas.Both laboratory and field test results show that as a new type of oil displacement agent, clay gel is suitable to high permeability formation with big pore path. Clay gel is low in cost and has an ample supply source.This technique has broad application prospects in tertiary oil recovery.
