摘要
数据库的开发和利用是数字图书馆信息资源建设和读者服务的核心内容，数据为的知识产权保护已成为当前图书馆界关注的热点问题。本文阐述了国内外对数据库的两种法律保护体系，对数字图书馆数据库建设的相关法律问题进行了全面分析，最后从法律角度和计算机技术的角度对数字图书馆数据库的保护进行了深入探讨。
The development and application of database serve as the core contents of the information of database is becoming a hot lssue in library circle.This paper expounds two legal protective systems about database at home and abroad,and analyses related law problems in the construction of digital database.At last ,it deeply discusses how to protect the database of digital library form the angles of law and computer technology.
