摘要
本研究于1988~1991年在江西赣州(北纬25°51′,东经114°57′)引种甜高粱的同时,为开发利用甜高粱而进行的理化测定及制糖工艺等系列研究。经多年反复测定与筛选,确认“雷伊”品种茎秆含糖份为12.81%(高的达16.56%)与传统的制糖工业原料甘蔗相似。鉴于甜高粱的理化特性,摸索出了一套特殊的制糖加工工艺及流程,在国内颇具影响,为甜高粱制糖提供了科学依据。
Sweet sorghum was introduced to Ganzhou,Jiangxi province from 1988 to l991,and its physicochemical properties and sugar一making technology were studied.After years of in-vestigaiotn and screening,the variety“Leiyi”,containing 12.81 sugar in average,could be sub-stituted for sugarcane,a traditional raw material in sugar一making industry.The corresponding sugar一making technology was also developed.
