摘要
目的探讨计算机x线摄影(cn)在肋骨摄影中的应用价值。方法对40例临床怀疑外伤性肋骨骨折而常规x线平片显示阴性的病例,应用CR检查并对图像采用多级图像增益法,又称“交响乐”功能(MUSICA)、影像切割与局部放大等功能进行处理。由放射科经验丰富的3名医师,对所有肋骨图像进行分析评价。结果经3名医师观察分析后确认11例13处肋骨骨折。11例肋骨骨折中单纯右侧肋骨骨折4例,左侧肋骨骨折5例,双侧肋骨骨折2例。按骨折程度分完全性骨折12处,不完全性骨折1处。结论CR影像比普通x线影像能更好的显示肋骨和周围软组织,提高肋骨骨折的检出率。
Objective To research the application value of computed radiography (CR) in rib fractures. Methods Forty patients Suspected ribs fracture by clinical examination, which had negative appearance in X- ray film, were examined by CR and all digital images were post- processed with "MUSICA" (muhiseale contrast amplification), incision and largamente. They were analyzed and diagnosed by experienced three radiologists. Results Of the 40 patients, 11 patients were demonstrated ribs fracture, which were classified as complete fracture in 12 ribs and incomplete fracture in 1 rib, respectively. Conclusion CR images of rib fractures , soft tissue were showed excellent , more fractures were discovered than the conventional radiography. Image quality of CR is better than conventional radiography in rib fracture imaging.
