摘要 以往复式(QD85)与旋转式(QK145JAC)压缩机起、停机振动信号为例,用小波分析手段全面分析压缩机的起、停机特性,以此可推断各个工作状态下振动的变化规律,掌握压缩机状态和故障的各种特征,对保证制冷系统工作的可靠性具有重要意义。 The paper takes examples of vibration signals of start-stop equipment for reciprocating compressor ( QD85 ) and rotary compressor ( QK145JAC), uses wavelet analysis to fully analyze the characteristics of start-stop equipment. Therefore, the vibration rules of change in different status can be concluded, and various fault characteristics as well as work status of compressor can be mastered, which indicates a great significance to guarantee working reliability of refrigeration system.
