摘要
在解决新疆三区革命问题和主政新疆期间,张治中的言论、制定的政策、采取的一些措施集中体现了他的边政思想。从当时的社会环境去考察,他谋求建立新型治边道路的探索,不仅有益国家和民族,也属难能可贵。他的边政思想,也为新中国治理新疆提供可资的借鉴。
To solve the revolutionary problem of Sanqu in Xinjiang and heading the administration in Xinjiang, Zhang Zhizhong＇s speech, policy of formulation, some measures taked embody a concentrated reflection of his frontier pol icy thoughts. Considering that time social environment , he sought to set up managing newly for the exploration of the road, not only benefit country and nationality, but also estimable. His frontier pol icy thoughts provided the reference that was offered for managing Xinjiang in new China.
