摘要
目的:观察运脾散对厌食大鼠下丘脑和血浆中八肽胆囊收缩素(CCK-8)分泌的调节作用,探讨运脾散防治小儿厌食症的机理。方法:将24只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、治疗组,用特制饲料饲养大鼠1周进行厌食模型制备后,用运脾散灌胃治疗3周,然后取下丘脑和采集血浆,用放射免疫检测技术测定CCK-8的含量,比较空白组、模型组、治疗组3组间的异同。结果:造模7d时模型组和治疗组大鼠进食量均低于空白组,第21d、27d时治疗组与空白组比较差异无显著性。与空白组比较,模型组下丘脑及血浆中CCK-8含量均增加(P<0.05);与模型组比较,治疗组下丘脑及血浆中CCK-8含量降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:运脾散能改善厌食大鼠进食量,可能是通过调节中枢和外周血中的CCK-8分泌,从而影响食欲中枢功能,增强摄食行为,起到防治小儿厌食症的作用。
Objective： To observe the regulating effect of Yunpi Powder on secreting of CCK-8 in hypothalamic and plasma on anorexia rats, and discuss the mechanism that Yunpi Powder prevent and cure symptom of anorexia in children. Methods：24 rats were randomly divided into three groups including blank group, model group and treated group. The anorexia rat model was established by feeding special prepared forage for one week,and treated group were administrated with Yunpi Powder by garage for 3 weeks. Measured contents of CCK-8 in hypothalamic and plasma by radioimmunoassay （RIA） and compared among the black, model and treated group. Results： Quantities of food in model and treated group descended in blank group on the 7th day, but insignincant difference was shown in the treated group and blank group on the 21st and 27th day. As compared with the bland group,CCK-8 contents was increased in model group（P 〈 0.05）. As compared with the model group,CCK-8 contents was increased in treated group （P 〈 0.01 或 P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Yunpi Powder can improve quantities of food in rats,possibly by adjust secreting of CCK-8 in center and outside and affect orexia function of center,enhance action of attain foods,and prevent and cure symptom of anorexia in children.
