摘要
通过对年产30万t合成氨装置,高温变换炉入口管道截取试件的机械性能和金相组织分析,表明该管道内壁有脱碳及珠光体组织球化的存在。通过以持久强度为主的综合分析法,对该管道的剩余寿命进行了估算。
Samples were taken from the inlet tube of high temperature shifter in the 300 000t/a ammonia plant,to analyze its mechanic property and metallurgical phase.It is shown from the result that there are decarbonization and spheroidization of the pearlite in the inner wall of the line.The remnant life of the line was estimated by means of comprehensive analysis relying on persistent strength.
