摘要
分析我国农村房地产与村落现状,提出通过农村房地产产权界定,形成农村房地产流通交易市场,市场通过对村落资源与农村房地产进行重组配置与利用,产生村镇置换积聚效应、重组效应、内生效应和外部效应,促进建立新的村镇体系形成。再通过多方面实质性的扶持,促进城乡统筹发展。
Bassed on analysis on the status of rural real estate and hamlet in China, it is put forward that the circulate bargain market of village real estate forms through village real estate property right attestation. The market can produee the accumulation effect, recombination effect, inside effect and exterior effect of village-town displacement through the recombination collocation and utilization for hamlet resource and rural real estate, which can promote to set up the new village system formation. The materially support from various aspects can promote the overall development of urban and countryside.
