摘要
选用6个不育系6、个恢复系,按不完全双列杂交法组配36个杂交组合,对株高、穗长、千粒重、产量等7个性状用DPS数据统计软件进行了分析。结果表明:恢复系中,吉R105各性状的一般配合力较高,是较理想的恢复系,只是千粒重的配合力稍低,有待改进;不育系中,880A表现较好,但是易感黑穗病,需要改良。株高、穗粒重、产量等性状不育系作用较大,抽穗期父本影响较大,千粒重和穗长双亲同等重要;因此不育系的培育更应注重产量性状的选择,这样有利于繁殖和制种产量的提高。
36 crossing combinations were made by 6 A lines and 6 R lines with the method of non-complete diallel, 7 characters on plant height, ear length, 1 000 grain weight etc. were analyzed by DPS data statistics. The result shows that among restorer lines Ji R105 is a better R line, as it had higher combining ability though its combining ability is lower on 1 0130 grains weight. Among sterile lines 880A is a better A line, though it is susceptive in smut. The sterile lines has greater effect on plant high, grain weight per spike and yield characters father parent has bigger effect on heading date. The parents play a importance on 1 000 grains weight and head length. It is concluded that the breeding of sterile line should pay more attention to the select yield characters, thus being beneficial to multiply and increase the yield of the seeds.
