摘要
运用ANSYS软件分析多自由度系统在简谐激励作用下的稳态受迫振动.以双质量弹簧阻尼系统为例建立有限元模型,计算动力响应以及动态特性.分析了系统的质量、激振频率、刚度及阻尼对缓冲包装系统振动的影响,从而指导实践中包装结构的优化,减少包装件在流通中的破损.
Under the simple harmonic vibration, the stable forced vibration of multiple-degree-of-freedom system is analysed by using ANSYS software. The finite element model,computation response of driving force and dynamic characteristic are established by taking double mass spring damping system for example. The effects of mass, stimulating frequency, rigidity and damping on package are analysed to provide guidelines for optimizing the structure and cut down the damage of package in the circulation.
