摘要
由澳洲坚果高接换种试验研究表明:7种嫁接方法中合接和改良切接的嫁接成活率最高达38.9%;嫁接时间对澳洲坚果高接成活率有极显著的影响,1月嫁接成活率极显著高于4、7、10月;影响澳洲坚果高接换种成活率大小的主次因子依次为接穗品种、砧木与接穗互作、砧木品种、树干处理,品种HAES800作砧木与HAES900的嫁接成活率最高达49%,亲和性最强。
Experiment on top grafting of Macadamia integrifolia showed that the survival rate could reach the highest (38.9%) with splice grafting and joint grafting of 7 grafting methods. Grafting time had significant influence on survival rate, especially higher in January. The major factors affected survival rate were as follows: scion varieties, the interaction between stock and scion, stock varieties and trunk treatment. The survival rate would reach 49% while variety HAES900 was grafted with variety HAES800 as stock.
