摘要
完善国家助学贷款机制的最基本条件是健全信贷学生的诚信机制。通过在诚信机制健全与否条件下,对国家的贷款机制的分析,提出了健全与完善助学贷款诚信机制的对策与措施。
There are a lot of reasons that may result in reluctance repayment for government - subsidized student loan, so it is essential to analyze the students＇ repayment behavior. It shows that, to some extent, fulfill or breach of faith may rest with whether to establish a healthy mechanism of good faith or not.
