摘要
论述了《行政许可法》实施为国土资源电子政务建设带来的机遇,分析了“十五”期间国土资源电子政务建设取得的成绩、存在的问题,并且给出相应的对策,提出了未来国土资源电子政务建设的框架及技术体系。
The opportunities for the E-govermment construction in the land resources management brought by the enforcement of the Administrative Permission Law were discussed. The main achievements that the E-government construction in the land resources management acquired during the fifteenth programming were illuminated. And the problems and its solutions were put forward. Finally the framework of the E-govermment constriction in the land resources management and its technology were pointed out.
