摘要
采用伪三元相图法进行处方优选,并初步考察了微乳制剂的稳定性及其理化性质。结果表明,以蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚40(RH40)为表面活性剂,1,3-丁二醇作为助表面活性剂和肉豆蔻酸异丙酯(IPM)为油相加入绞股蓝后形成微乳系统;绞股蓝微乳稳定,透射电镜下呈圆球形,分布均匀,平均粒径在40 nm左右。绞股蓝微乳制备简单,性质稳定。
In the paper, the formulations of the gynostemma pentaphyllum microemalsion were optimized by studying the pseudotertiary phase diagram and the stability and quality of gynostemma pentaphyllum microemulsion were tested. The results were as follows: in the microemulsion of RH-40/IPM/1, 3-butanediol system, gynostemma pentaphyllum microemulsion was very stable after three months storage. Gynostemma pentaphyllum microemulsion in electron microscopy were small spherical drops with a mean diameter of 40 ran. Gynostemma pentaphyllum microemulsion is easy to prepare.
