摘要 目的:测定Vita In-Ceram AL2色粉浆涂塑渗透氧化铝、AL2色瓷沉积氧化铝、Z21色粉浆涂塑渗透氧化锆、Z21色瓷沉积氧化锆、Cercon base color氧化锆及Cercon base氧化锆陶瓷材料的可见光透射率,为临床选择适宜的核瓷材料提供参考。方法:采用分光光度计分别测量6种试样的可见光积分透射率。结果:In-Ceram粉浆涂塑渗透氧化铝的透射率2.024±0.091,粉浆涂塑渗透氧化锆陶瓷透射率0.064±0.009,In-Ceram瓷沉积氧化铝透射率4.301±0.039,瓷沉积氧化锆透射率0.156±0.019,Cercon base color氧化锆透射率3.358±0.250,Cercon base氧化锆4.598±0.151。结论:在6种牙科全瓷底层材料中,按材料的透射率数值由高到低排序为:Cercon base氧化锆和AL2色瓷沉积氧化铝>Cercon base color氧化锆>AL2色粉浆涂塑渗透氧化铝>Z21色瓷沉积氧化锆和Z21色粉浆涂塑渗透氧化锆。 Objective: To study compared the translucency of 6 all-ceramic system core materials at clinically appropilate thicknesses, including In-Ceram silp-casting Glass / Alumina composite (AL2), silp-casting Glass / Zirconia composite (Z21), Electroformed Alumina (AL2), Electroformed Zirconia (Z21), Cercon base color Zirconia and Cercon base Zirconia.nethod: The spectral transmittance of 6 all-ceramics system core materials was determined and compared with spectrophotometer under D65 standard source.Result: The Spectral transmittance of silp-casting Glass / Alumina composite was 2.024±0.091, silp-casting Glass/Zirconia composite 0.064±0.009,In-Ceram Electroformed Alumina 4.301±0.039, Electroformed Zirconia 0.156M).019,Cercon base color Zirconia 3.358±0.250,Cercon base Zirconia 4.598±0.151.Conclusion: Within the limitations of this study, there was a range of ceramic core translucency at clinically relevant core thicknesses.In order of decreasing translucency, the range was Cercon base Zirconia and Electroformed Alumina (AL2) 〉Cercon base color Zirconia〉silp-casting Glass / Alumina composite (AL2)〉Electroformed Zirconia (Z21) and silp-casting Glass / Zirconia composite (Z21).
