摘要
近年来,我国农业保险进入了一个新的发展阶段,然而与之相关的法律滞后和缺位问题却日渐凸显。笔者试从我国农业保险立法概况、国际农业保险立法经验以及对我国农业保险立法的思考三个方面来阐述加快我国农业保险立法的重要现实意义。
Agriculture insurance has stepped into a new development stage recently in china, However, in relation to which, the lag and absence of law is emerging little by little.Writer will design to set forth pure escapism of importance of hastening legislation in the aspect of agriculture insurance in china from the three aspects which are legislation of agriculture insurance of our country, legislation experience of international agriculture insurance and thinking of legislation of agriculture insurance in our country.
