摘要
针对我厂长期使用的雷蒙磨高锰钢磨辊、磨环加工硬化效果差,使用寿命短,开发了高硼耐磨铸钢。高硼耐磨铸钢的铸态组织由硼化物和铁素体、珠光体组成,热处理后,基体组织变成了高硬度的马氏体基体,硼化物仍为高硬度的Fe2(B,C),这种材料具有较高的强韧性和优异的耐磨性。用于制造磨辊和磨环,工艺简单,成本低廉,使用寿命比高锰钢提高120%-160%,且使用安全。在雷蒙磨配件上推广应用高硼耐磨铸钢,具有良好的经济和社会效益。
The high boron wear resistant cast steel was developed to produce grinding rollers and grinding collars of Raymond mill because of high manganese steel of lower work - hardening effect, poor abrasive - wear resistance and short service life used in the fac- tory. The as - cast structures of high boron wear resistant cast steel consist of the boride, ferrite and pearlite. After heat treatment, the metallic matrix was transformed into the martensite with high hardness, which maked high boron cast steel have high strength and toughness and excellent abrasive - wear resistance. When it is used to manufacture the grinding rollers and grinding collars of Raymond mill, the process is simple and the production cost is also low. The service life of high boron cast grinding roller and grinding collar is lengthened 120% - 160%. Moreover the application of high boron cast steel is very safe. The application of high boron cast steel in the grinding roller and grinding collar of Raymond mill has good economic and social benefits.
