摘要 客运专线隧道与一般传统隧道相比,断面面积大,施工工艺和施工质量要求高,小坡山隧道是石太客运专线重点控制工程之一,该隧道围岩水平岩层特点明显,若控制不当,开挖后超欠挖现象不可避免,从开挖方法、控制爆破以及支护手段等方面,对其水平岩层Ⅲ级围岩区段施工技术进行了探讨,实际施工情况证明,所提方法可靠、技术可行。 Compared with traditional tunnels, tunnels of a passenger-dedicated line have some special characteristics, for example, the cross section area is larger, and requirements in construction techniques and quality assurance are higher than those of the traditional ones. The Xiaoposhan Tunnel Project is one of the important controlling projects of the Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan passenger-dedicated Line, whose surrounding rocks are located in various strata with evident horizontal features. Over-excavation and undercut are inevitable after excavation if improper control is exercised. In this paper, part of the excavation technique for the 3rd-class surrounding rock of horizontal rock stratum is discussed; controlled blasting and support measures of the tunnel are dealt with as well. The site results prove that the method described here is reliable and the technique is practicable.
