摘要
声波测井压电换能器的温度性能对声波测井有着重要影响,文章给出了相同形状的国外压电晶体与天津大学最近研制成功的高温压电晶体的温度实验对比测量结果(在空气里面)。天津大学的高温压电晶体的机电转换系数较国外的高0.025,现用的高温压电晶体的机电转换系数随着温度的升高有一个明显的下降台阶,机电转换系数减小0.02,国外压电晶体(该台阶)出现在140℃、天津大学的压电晶体在160℃左右。这一结果对理解以往声波测井仪器出现的问题(声波幅度随深度增加有一定减小)有一定的帮助。除了该变化外,本实验表明:天津大学研制的高性能高温压电晶体的温度性能可以达到200℃。
The temperature property of piezoelectric transducer in sonic logging tools has an important influence on sonic logging.This article contrasts the temperature between overseas and Tianjin University lately developed high temperature piezoelectric-transducer,which are in the same shape and work in the same air condition.The electromechanical transfer coefficient of Tianjin University high temperature piezoelectric transducer is 0.025 higher than that of the overseas.The electromechanical transfer coefficient of the two types of piezoelectric transducer has an obvious declining step and has a decrease of 0.02.What is the difference between them? This step of the overseas piezoelectric transducer appears at 140 Celsius-degree,but that of Tianjin University does at about 160 Celsius degree.This effect helps to understand the issue ever appearing at the sonic logging equipment.Besides,the temperature property of Tianjin University's lately developed high temperature piezoelectric transducer can reach 200 Celsius-degree.
