摘要
为有效控制整个网络化制造系统内的成本,同时扩大现有应用服务提供商模式的应用范围,提出了一个基于X列表及应用服务提供商的新型网络化制造模式。阐述了X列表的内涵,并结合网络化制造的特点,扩展了广义工作中心的概念。在此基础上,对新型网络化制造模式的拓扑结构进行了分析,并对应用服务提供商、X列表体系、Agent等在模式中所起的作用,以及它们之间的相互关系进行了讨论。在论述基于三重资源消耗的成本分配方法的基础上,着重分析了新模式下的前馈成本控制体系及其实现方法与技术。最后,分析了建立在新模式下的系统的运行过程。
To effectively control the cost in the networked manufacturing system and extend the application scope of the pattern of Application Service Provider （ASP）, a new networked manufacturing pattern based on Bill of X （BOX） and ASP was put forward. The connotation of BOX was discussed and the concept of generalized work center was extended based on the characteristics of networked manufacturing. Then the topological structure of the new networked manufacturing pattern was analyzed, while the roles and interrelationships of ASP, BOX and Agent in the new pattern were discussed. On the other hand, the feedforward cost control system and its implementation method as well as technology in the new pattern were emphatically analyzed based on the discussion of three-factor cost allocation method. Finally, the system operation process was provided to illuminate the characteristics of the new pattern.
