住宅建筑节能设计要先行,而建筑规划设计是其的核心。文章阐述了住宅建筑在总平面规划设计中、单体建筑的平立剖面及其围护结构设计中的节能技术和实施过程中应注意的问题。
Energy-saving design of residential construction shall be put at a prior position, and construction planning is its core. The article describes the energysaving technologies of residential construction in general arrangement planning, plane and vertical section design of single building and its enclosure structure design as well as the notices in practice.
