摘要
目的探讨葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法对118例冠心病心绞痛的患者随机分观察组59例,对照组59例。观察组以葛根素400mg加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静脉滴注,对照组采用复方极化液250ml静脉滴注,疗程均为14天。结果观察组59例中显效28例,有效23例,无效8例,总有效率为86.4%;对照组显效22例,有效18例,无效19例,总有效率67.7%,两组对比差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论葛根素观察冠心病心绞痛疗效肯定,不良反应低,值得临床应用。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Puerarin in the treatment of ischemic heart disease and angina. Methods 119 patients with ischemic Heart Disease and angina were randomly divided into groups. The treatment group （n=59） was given with Puerarin iv drip of 400 mg mixed 250 ml of 5% glucose qd for 14 days. The control group （n=59） was treated with 250ml magnesium polarized liquid iv drip qd for 14 days. Results The total response rate was 86. 4% in the treatment group and 67.7% in the control group, respectively There was sharp difference in the excellent results （28 vs 22）, response result （23 vs 18） and no change （8 vs 19） were quite different between the two groups. Conclusions Puerarin is an effective and safe drug and suitable for the patients with ischemic Heart Disease and angina.
