摘要
众所周知,利益原则是国际关系的永恒原则。长期以来,中美关系是一种需求合作与矛盾摩擦同时并存的关系。一方面,中美两国合作的欲望不断增强,合作的领域不断扩展;另一方面,中美两国的矛盾摩擦此起彼伏,时有激化。中国越发展,越强大,美国就越需要中国的合作,对中国的战略戒备心态也就越大,相应地矛盾摩擦也就越多。因此,如果我们能从国家利益的视角来分析两国的分歧与合作会有助于更好地看待中美关系的发展方向。
Interest, a widely acknowledged principle in international relations, has been playing a dominant role in Sino-U. S. relations. On the one hand, beth China and the United States have seen a compelling need to expand cooperation; on the other hand, confliets and confrontations have surfaced time and again, resulting in an ambivalent attitude toward each other. It is of great significance, therefore, to forecast the future trend of Sino-U. S. relations ff we can examine the differences and cooperation of the two countries from the perspective of national interests.
