摘要
动物防御素是存在于动物多形核粒细胞和上皮组织内的一类富含半胱氨酸和二硫键的抗微生物肽,具有特殊的抗性机理和广泛的抗菌谱,在杀灭细菌、对抗癌症、杀伤艾滋病毒、转基因工程及食品方面有重要作用。作者从防御素的分布入手,对防御素的分子结构、基因定位与进化、生物活性与机理、基因表达调控等最新研究作一全面综述。
Animal defensins is a kind of antibacterial cationic peptides that contains Cysteine-rich and Disulfide Bridge. They have broad activity spectra and special functional mechanisms, and play an important role of killing bacteria, anticancer, anti-HIV, transgenic and food engineering. This review focuses on its distributing, molecular structure, gene mapping ,genetic evolution,biological activity and mechanisms, and also the expression and regulation of the defensin genes.
