摘要
目的:探讨脾阳虚状态下肝细胞端粒长度的变化。方法:采用经典复合造模法塑造脾阳虚证动物模型;测定肝组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性和肝细胞端粒长度。结果:与正常对照组相比,脾阳虚证的肝组织中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性明显降低(P<0.01),肝细胞端粒长度显著缩短(P<0.01)。结论:在脾阳虚状态下,肝细胞端粒长度缩短可能与自由基损伤有关。
Objective: To observe the change of telomere length in the liver with spleen Yang deficiency syndrome. Methods: The rat model of spleen Yang deficiency syndrome was established by the classical composite factors. The activity of the GSH-PX and telomere length were determined in the liver. Result: Compare with the normal control, the activity of GSH-PX in the liver of rat model with spleen Yang deficiency syndrome was lower and telomere length was shorten. Conclusion: The shortening of telomere length may be related to the free radicals damage with spleen Yang deficiency syndrome.
