摘要
乌梅为一传统的收敛固涩药,其炒制成炭药具有收敛、止血、祛瘀等功效。在乌梅炭品的微粒数测定上采用非参比物显微定量分析方法,分别测定每毫克乌梅炭品所含显微特征微粒的个数,以及100个特征微粒的球形度。实验数据表明,乌梅随着炒制时间的增加,乌梅炭品显微特征微粒数呈现明显上升趋势,而标准炭的球形度明显优于轻炭和重炭。
Mume as a means use traditional medicine. Mume became standard carbon medicine by stir-fried, could stop bleeding, bruises to such effectiveness. We used microscopic quantitative analysis method without reference compound to mensurate the number of microscopic character mote in every milligram of mume carbon. The conclusion shows along with the increase of fried time, the degree of carbon become strengthen, the number of microscopic character mote present the obviously up-trend.
