摘要
目的:研究消风散对小鼠Ⅳ型变态反应中皮肤超微结构的作用。方法:应用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)外涂造成小鼠皮肤Ⅳ型变态反应模型,采用电镜观察实验各组小鼠皮肤真表皮超微结构变化。结果:Ⅳ型变态反应可致小鼠皮肤角质细胞电子密度略增强,棘细胞与基细胞均出现细胞萎缩,间隙增宽。胞质内细胞器呈空泡样改变。消风散组小鼠皮肤各层组织结构规则,各层组织改变程度明显减轻。结论:消风散可改善Ⅳ型变态反应对小鼠皮肤超微结构的影响,具有抗Ⅳ型变态反应的作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Xiao Feng Powder on ultrastructure of skin in delayed hypersensitivity. Methods: Delayed hypersensitivity induced by DNCB. The effects of Xiao Feng Powder on ultrastructure of skin were observed. Results: Kin tissues of the model mice appeared electronic-density of cells heightening. Prickle cell and basal cell showed cellular atrophy. Cell clearance swelled. Organelle came forth vacuolar degeneration. Xiao Feng Powder could inhibit those changes. Conclusion: Xiao Feng Powder could improve ultrastructural alteration in skin. So that Xiao Feng Powder has the function of inhibiting delayed hypersensitivity.
