摘要
目的探讨IgA肾病的临床特征和误诊原因,以提高临床医生对IgA肾病诊断能力。方法回顾性分析2000年1月-2006年6月我科经肾穿活检确诊的86例IgA肾病临床资料。结果258例原发性肾小球疾病中,IgA肾病86例(33.33%),其中30例(34.88%)被误诊为其它肾脏疾病。结论IgA肾病临床表现多样,容易被误诊。肾脏免疫病理检查可准确诊断IgA肾病,是避免误诊的最好方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and causes of misdiagnosis of patients with IgA nephropathy, so as to improve the diagnosis of IgA nephropathy. Methods 86 patients were diagnosed as IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy, the clinical data of them were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 256 patients with primary glomerular diseases, 86 cases （33, 33% ） were IgA nephropathy and 30 cases of them （34, 88% ） were misdiagnosed as other renal diseases, Conclusions Clinical manifestations of IgA nephropathy were mulriple and it was prone to be misdiagnosed. Immunopathology of the kidney biops＇y is the best way to be diagnosed definitely and avoid misdiagnosis.
