摘要
简要介绍反射式强度型光纤传感器的工作原理及各组成部分的作用。选择合适的光源、光纤对、检测器,对反射率不同的被测物进行位移测量,通过分析数据可以得到相应的位移测量参数;并分析了发送光纤与接收光纤轴间距对输出的影响。在实际测量中,可参照分析结果,根据被测物的情况选取合适的测量点。
This paper introduced and discussed the operating principle of the reflection-type fiber sensor. Then the small displacement was measured with different reflectors and different distance between transmitting fiber and receiving fiber. Experiment data was analyzed by Origin7.0. The conclusion is helpful in practicable measurement.
