摘要
新一代石油井下测试仪是用来测试整个射孔和压裂过程数据的多参数专用仪器,可同时记录压力、加速度、温度和电池电压的变化曲线。它可以通过软件编程实现两种不同的采样策略:一、记录多次射孔数据统一读数;二、只能记录一次射孔数据,但可以长时间记录压力恢复过程的数据,最长可达72h。本仪器使用状态设计法解决了特殊环境中多通道测试系统变采样策略问题,及其在CPLD中实现的问题,圆满完成测试需求满足客户的需求。
The new type four-channel downhole test gauge is a special multi-parameter instrument which is used to test the whole process of perforation and crack, by which variational curve of pressure, acceleration, temperature and the voltage of batteries can be measured and collected simultaneously. Two different sampling strategies can be achieved in this gauge by software programming: The first can record several data of different perforating processes. The second sampling strategy can record only one time, but can record the parameters of the recovering process, 72 hours at most. In order to settle the issue of multi-sampling strategy for multi-channel testing system and its implement in CPLD,state design method is deeply studied and used. The instrument testing requirement is put across wonderfully and the request of the customers is well satisfied.
