摘要
以江泽民为核心的第三代中央领导集体高度重视执政党建设,并作为最为关注的首要问题之一。江泽民的执政党建设理论包括党的自身的建设以及执政能力建设两大部分。尤其是党的执政能力建设理论,在党的建设史上是首次提出,它的系统化、理论化大大推进了党的建设的理论,也是执政党走向成熟的重大标志。
The third generation leading body of the Central Committee of the Chinese Commumist Party headed by JIANG Ze-min attaches great importance on the Party construction and tanks it as an issue of primary importance.JIANG Ze-min＇s Party construction theory includes the Party self construction and the enhancement of the Party＇s governing competence,which are raised for the first time in the history of the Party construction.The theory is systematic and theoretical,and greatly enriches the Party construction theory ,which marks the maturity of the Party in power.
