细菌性脑膜炎脑脊液中趋化因子的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 现总结经典的补体片段C3a和C5a、ELR^+CXC亚组趋化因子和CC亚族趋化因子以及小鼠KC和MIP-2趋化因子在细菌性脑膜炎脑脊液中对白细胞特异的趋化作用。应用细菌性脑膜炎动物模型对中枢神经系统中白细胞趋化机制作进一步探讨,应用抗趋化因子中和抗体注入细菌性脑膜炎脑脊液中,白细胞的流入得到抑制,从而证实了趋化因子对白细胞的趋化作用。
