摘要
目的探讨环状RBC对UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测尿红细胞检测的影响以及此时仪器相关参数的变化。方法随机留取住院和门诊患者的新鲜尿液分别作AX-4280干化学分析、UF-100尿沉渣检测和离心后显微镜检查。结果环状RBC对血尿检测结果产生假阴性影响;显微镜检查可弥补UF-100的这一检测盲区。结论通过对RBC-MFI(红细胞平均荧光强度)、RBC-FI-DWSD(红细胞荧光强度分布宽度)这两种相关参数的研究发现,UF-100检测血尿的结果受环状RBC的影响,当RBC-MFI、RBC-FI-DWSD降低到某一阈值(〈18ch)时,会产生假阴性结果,有必要根据显示的相关参数选择显微镜进行镜检校正。
Objective To explore the influence of orbicular red blood cells on RBC measurement by UF-100 uric sediment analyzer and changes of correlative parameters. Methods Urine samples col- lected from in--patients and out--patients were analyzed by AX-4280, UF-100 analyzer, and microscope. Results The orbicular red blood cells led to a false negative RBC result during UF-100 examination, which might be corrected by microscopic txamination. Conclusion Orbicular red blood cells might influence on haemuresis detection by UF- 100 uric sediment analyzer. A false negative result occurs when the parameter of RBC-MFI or RBC-FI-DWSD is below a certain threshold (〈18 ch). It is necessary to use microscopic examination to correct the result according to the changes of correlative parameters.
