摘要
钢-混凝土组合梁由于具有结构高度小、自重轻、承载力高、刚度大、节省支模工序和模板、减少现场湿作业量、施工速度快、综合效益好等显著优点,目前已广泛应用于工业厂房、大跨结构、高层建筑和桥梁结构中。本文以工业厂房中钢-混凝土组合梁设计为例,详细阐述美国荷载-抗力分项系数设计规程(LRFD)、欧洲规范4(EC4)以及我国《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017-2003)中组合梁的设计方法,比较了它们之间主要的不同点。最后分别应用这三种设计规范对某实际工程中一两跨的等跨连续组合梁进行了设计,得出了一些结论,供工程设计人员参考。
With advantages in lower structural height, lighter deadweight, higher load bearing capacity and stiffness, composite steel and concrete beams have been widely used in industry buildings, long-span structures, tall buildings and bridges. First of all this paper presents a comparative study of the design methods in LRFD, Eurocode 4 and Code for de sign of steel structure (G1350017-2003). And then the codes are applied to the design of a composite beam for an industrial building, in which heavy loads and large spans are specified. Finally, some conclusions on design strategies are drawn, which may be referenced by researchers and designers.
