摘要
官箴既是中国古代统治阶级内部对从政者的规劝、告诫之词与公认、沿用的惯例,又是中国古代图书分类中一个子目的名称,专门著录那些阐释施政行法之道与儆戒训告之词的典籍,内容十分丰富,既有为官者的行动指南和处世准则,又有为官者长期施政执法的经验与惯例。其中关于清廉为官的议论与诠释非常深刻、全面,将清廉看作是为官从政的基本原则与道德准则,并就如何清廉为官提出了节俭、戒贪、律己、约束等具体措施,对当今消除腐败有一定的借鉴价值。
Official admonitions are conventional advices and warnings among the rulers as well as a branch library catalogue of ancient books and records about administration and advices and warnings including the rulers＇ life principle and administrative experience in ancient China. The expounding about officials＇ freeing from corruption which is regarded as their administrative and moral principle and the relevant countermeasures is of realistic significance to fighting against the present political corruption.
