摘要
目的:观察黄芪黄铜(AF)对衰老过程中小鼠胸腺组织NO、SOD、MDA含量水平的影响.方法衰老小鼠每日尾静脉注射黄芪黄铜提取物AF,约10天。结果给予AF后,衰老小鼠胸腺组织NO含量升高,SOD活性增强,MDA的含量下降,与实验对照组存在显著性差异(p<0.01)。胸腺重量与对照组比较明显增加。结论黄芪黄铜可以延缓衰老过程中小鼠胸腺的萎缩,提高机体的免疫功能,从而具有抗衰老的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of AF on the Chang of nitrc oxide(NO),Superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in Thymus tissues of the aged mice. Methods to inject AF by vein in mice tail for ten days. Results the weight of thymus tissues was increased, NO. SOD in Thymus tissues was increased, MDA was decreased , while contrasting with control group, and there are significant differences (P〈0.01). Conclusion AF can postpone the withering of thymus, strengthen the immunity funtion and delay senility.
