摘要
在研究樟科与木兰科21种珍稀植物在迁栖地武汉植物园生长状况的基础上,分析了珍稀植物叶片中的微量元素质量分数与其生长的土壤中微量元素质量分数。结果表明,酸性土壤中6种微量元素的质量分数顺序为Fe>Mn>Cu>Zn>B>Mo,其质量分数均值大小和全国均值相差不大。21种珍稀植物叶片微量元素分析显示,其质量分数大小顺序为Fe>Mn(或Mn>Fe)>B>Zn(或Zn>B)>Cu>Mo。与植物正常生长地的微量元素质量分数范围相比较,21种珍稀植物中,Mn质量分数偏高,部分植物Fe质量分数较大,Cu、Zn、B质量分数较为正常,Mo质量分数偏低。生物吸收系数顺序则为Zn>Fe>Mn>B>Cu。
An experiment was conducted to analyse the trace elements both in leaves of 21 rare species of Magnoliaceae and Lauraceae and in the soil in the ex-situ conservation site of Wuhan Botanical Garden in terms of their growth status. Results show that the sequence of trace element content in the acid soil is Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, B, Mo from high to low in order. The average values of trace element contents of these plants in the garden are close to those of most plants grown in China. The sequence of trace element content is Fe, Mn(or Mn, ire), B, Zn ( or Zn, B), Cu, Mo from high to low in order. Compared with the normal content range, the contents of Cu, Zn and B are normal, but Fe and Mn contents of some plants are higher, and Mo content of all the rare plants in the garden is lower. The sequence of absorption coefficient for the trace elements is Zn, Fe, Mn, B, Cu in order.
