摘要
利用有限元法对混炼过程中密炼室、胶料的温度分布以及变化情况进行了分析。分析结果对于研究如何避免温升过高、优化混炼条件、改进转子和密炼室的结构和提高混炼胶的质量,以及根据配方不同,探讨混炼时间都有着重要的指导意义。
Using the finite element method to analyze the mixing chamber, the temperature distribution as well as the change situation. How does the analysis result regarding study to avoid the higher temperature, optimizes the mixing condition, improves the rotor harmoniously to build up the mixing chamber structure and the enhancement mixes builds up the rubber the quality, as well as it is different according to the formula, to discuss the mixing temperature time, all to have the important instruction significance.
